TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Errol Applications LLC, doing business as Fintech Focus Training and Consulting ("Fintech Focus," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of https://cryptotracingcourse.com, our on-demand courses, videos, lessons, downloads, assessments, certificates, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, purchasing a course, clicking to accept these Terms, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Each enrollment and account is for one individual unless a separate written organizational license says otherwise. You may not share, sell, transfer, sublicense, or allow another person to use your account or course access.

We may require reasonable verification and may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably suspect credential sharing, fraud, piracy, misuse, a security threat, or violation of these Terms.

2. Educational Purpose; No Professional Advice

The Services provide general educational information about cryptocurrency, blockchain transactions, investigative concepts, tools, methods, and related subjects. They are not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, forensic, or other professional advice; do not recommend any asset or transaction; and do not replace agency policy, legal process, supervisory review, qualified professional advice, or independent verification.

Blockchain data, attribution labels, prices, tools, interfaces, laws, and investigative practices can change and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or misunderstood. Examples may be simplified, hypothetical, altered, or based on historical information. You are solely responsible for evaluating information, preserving evidence, documenting methodology, complying with law and policy, and deciding whether and how to act.

We do not guarantee that you will solve a case, recover funds, identify a person, obtain legal process, satisfy evidentiary standards, secure employment, earn income, or achieve any other result.

3. Lawful and Ethical Use

You may use the Services only for lawful educational, compliance, investigative, or professional purposes. You may not use course content or methods to stalk, harass, threaten, dox, defraud, steal, launder funds, evade law enforcement, access systems without authorization, interfere with privacy or civil rights, fabricate or misrepresent evidence, violate sanctions, or facilitate any unlawful activity.

Course enrollment does not grant law-enforcement authority, access to restricted databases, subpoena power, investigative privilege, permission to obtain nonpublic information, or authorization to act on behalf of Fintech Focus or any agency. You are responsible for all required permissions, licenses, warrants, subpoenas, consents, and compliance obligations.

4. Purchases, Prices, and Taxes

Prices, course descriptions, features, access periods, and promotions may change prospectively. The terms displayed at checkout form part of your purchase. Payments may be processed by Thinkific or third-party processors, and their terms may also apply. You authorize the applicable processor to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless the checkout states they are included.

5. Refund Policy

Unless a specific offer or mandatory law states otherwise, a purchase may be eligible for a refund only if you request it within seven (7) calendar days after purchase and you have not accessed any course content. Once you log in and access, stream, open, download, or otherwise use any lesson, video, file, assessment, or other course content, the purchase is final and nonrefundable.

To request an eligible refund, contact [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL] with your name, purchase email, course, and order information. Access may be revoked when a refund is issued. Failure to complete a course, dissatisfaction after access, scheduling conflicts, tool changes, or failure to meet a desired outcome does not create a refund right. This policy does not limit nonwaivable rights under applicable law.

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, contact us so we can investigate. We may suspend access associated with a disputed payment while it is reviewed.

6. Course Access and Changes

Access lasts for the period stated on the course sales page or at checkout. "Lifetime access" or similar wording, if used, means access for the commercially reasonable life of that course on our platform, not your lifetime, perpetual hosting, or access to every future course, update, tool, or version.

We may update, replace, reorganize, correct, retire, or discontinue content or features, including when tools, laws, risks, or platform capabilities change. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing a paid course during its stated access period, but continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance, security events, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may interrupt access.

7. Certificates

A certificate indicates only that the named student satisfied the completion requirements we established for that course at that time. It is not a degree, academic credit, professional license, government credential, law-enforcement certification, endorsement, guarantee of competence, or authorization to perform any regulated or investigative activity. We may withhold or revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, account sharing, assessment misconduct, or other violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property and Limited License

The Services and all course materials—including videos, audio, text, graphics, slides, exercises, scenarios, downloads, reports, templates, branding, and the selection and arrangement of content—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access the purchased course for your own individual educational use during the stated access period.

You may not copy, record, reproduce, download except through an expressly enabled feature, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, translate, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, scrape, systematically extract, use to train an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system, remove rights notices from, or commercially exploit course materials. You may not share screenshots, assessment answers, login credentials, private course links, or substantial summaries that substitute for purchasing the course. No license is granted except as expressly stated.

9. Third-Party Services and Tools

The Services may reference or link to third-party block explorers, analytics platforms, wallets, exchanges, investigative tools, websites, software, data, or services. References are educational and do not constitute endorsement. Third parties control their own products, terms, privacy practices, accuracy, availability, pricing, and security. You assume the risks of using them and must comply with their terms and applicable law.

10. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback about the Services, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if you materially violate these Terms, infringe intellectual property, share credentials or content, engage in fraud or abusive conduct, create a security or legal risk, or fail to pay amounts due. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms, and general provisions—will survive.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES OR THIRD-PARTY TOOLS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINTECH FOCUS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, INSTRUCTORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, EVIDENCE, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC COURSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fintech Focus and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another party's rights, or your investigative or professional actions. This section does not require indemnification for our own conduct where prohibited by law.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any action arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Florida county where Errol Applications LLC maintains its principal place of business, and each party consents to those courts' jurisdiction and venue.

Before filing a claim, each party agrees to send written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution and allow thirty (30) days for a good-faith informal resolution, except for requests for emergency or injunctive relief. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from bringing an eligible matter in small-claims court.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. Material changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase where prohibited by law. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. General Terms

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the terms shown at checkout constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services, except for a separate written agreement signed by us. If a conflict exists, a signed separate agreement controls, followed by checkout terms for the specific purchase, then these Terms. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the Services. We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
