Information from other sources
We may receive information from Thinkific, payment processors, analytics and advertising providers, email-service providers, authentication providers, and publicly available sources, consistent with applicable law.

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We and third parties may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. These technologies support essential site functions, remember preferences, measure course and website use, diagnose problems, and evaluate or deliver marketing.
We may use services provided by Google and Meta. Depending on our configuration and your location, these providers may collect or receive information from the Services and other sites to provide measurement, attribution, audience, or advertising services. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies.

Where required, we will request consent before using nonessential cookies. Residents of jurisdictions with applicable opt-out rights may contact us using Section 12 and may also use any "Your Privacy Choices" or similar link we make available.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to:
Platform and service providers, including Thinkific, payment processors, hosting, security, email, customer-support, analytics, advertising, certificate, and professional-service providers;
Business transaction participants in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction;
Authorities and other parties when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud or abuse; and
Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for money as a standalone data-broker business. Some analytics or advertising activity may be treated as "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. Where applicable, you may opt out as described in this Policy.
5. Thinkific and Other Third Parties
Our courses and checkout may be hosted or supported by Thinkific Labs Inc. Thinkific and other providers may process information on our behalf and may also process certain information for their own purposes under their respective privacy policies and terms.
